As a former diesel engine mechanic and generator technician with over 20 years of experience in the business, I frequently observe shortcuts and mediocre work. I wanted to say I brought my wife’s 1999 Buick in for some major work on the cooling system. I am amiss in not writing sooner. The work completed was outstanding and was quoted to me in a fair and concise way ... Ray called me back and explained several options for paying for the repair. I was also astounded at this. Many places want your money for repairs. By Ray offering us these options I was really impressed with the caliber of the support staff for your technicians. I wanted to take a minute to let you know about the great customer service I have received. The store manager Bob has always given me great customer service. I own a plumbing company and have a fleet of trucks. Bob has helped me keep the fleet up at a reasonable cost and his honesty and knowledge of auto repair is second to none.
